Dr. Rothenberger takes into consideration a patient's desires and develops a treatment plan that is in his or her best interest. This includes the use of preventive care services, which can help stop problems before they start or become too bad.

• Dental Cleaning or Hygiene. Good oral hygiene helps to prevent decay and gum disease or to maintain gum disease at the healthiest stage possible. That’s why we stress good home-care habits, the importance of cleaning between teeth, and the use of a Sonicare toothbrush.
• Dental Sealants. This is a strong part of any treatment plan in order to prevent future decay. All of our restorative work, including sealants, provides a one-year guarantee against anything but new decay.
• Regular Checkups. We regularly check each of our patients for periodontal disease and keep records to monitor their condition. We also emphasize regular recall appointments.
• Patient Education. It is important to us that our patients understand a procedure before any treatment has begun. Each of our treatment rooms is equipped with an intra-oral camera and a Casey patient-education system to provide our patients with knowledge about their mouth. The Casey system explains all facets of dentistry through a computer and gives visual examples of results from techniques such as root canals and extractions.
• Snoreguards. For snore prevention we offer two types of snoreguards: the diagnostic snoreguard is a way to determine if this approach will work and the Halstrom snoreguard is a high-quality titanium model with a lifetime guarantee.

When it comes to restoring a beautiful smile, Dr. Rothenberger likes to know that his treatment will last as long as the lifetime of the material. People are amazed after consultation at the degree of smile transformation that is possible. You can have the smile you always wanted.

• Orthodontics. Dr. Rothenberger does not simply want to straighten teeth. To achieve long-lasting results that are both visually pleasing and structurally sound, he knows that he often must develop facial bone structure and create a healthy jaw joint before installing braces. This accomplishes better side-profile features and a wider smile.
• TMJ. TMJ disorder or TMD can cause a wide variety of mild to severe symptoms, from jaw clicking and minor discomfort to sharp pain in your temple, ear, jaw and teeth; it can also "lock" your jaw open or shut, or dislocate the jaw altogether. Dr. Rothenberger has methods to ease your TMJ pain and to put you on the road towards a healthy jaw.

• Lumineers. Because the leucite-reinforced, pressed ceramic used for Lumineers is stronger than that of traditional veneers, it can be made thinner without compromising durability. A thinner veneer means less tooth reduction is required. With Lumineers, if you ever decide that you want your natural smile back, your dentist can simply remove them.

• X-Rays. Latest X-Ray imaging systems including tomography.
• Digital Imaging. This is a radiation-free way for patients to preview the final results of an improved smile, including the shape and whitening of teeth, and the overall structure of the smile.
• Intra-Oral Camera. Every patient gets a view from the intra-oral camera on the initial visit to see what’s going on inside his or her mouth.
• Lasers. We use a variety of lasers for tissue treatment and for white filling material.
• Microscopes/Loops. Our equipment is 3.33x magnification, which is vital for excellent work.
• Paperless Office. Through our convenient system, we file and keep track of insurance for patients.
• Patient Comfort Measures. All operatories are equipped with a CD player, television and visual reality glasses. Nitrous gas is offered for those who prefer it or need it for relaxing or removing any stress.
